TURNAROUND TIMES

Orders leave us the next working day from cleared payment being received. If you order on a Friday your order will leave us Monday. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will leave us Monday.

DELIVERY COSTS: UK MAINLAND:

FREE STANDARD ROYAL MAIL 24 SERVICE

£7.95 ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY

*In most cases your item will arrive within a few days from posting. However, please be aware Royal Mail's 24 Delivery Service do not consider items lost until 10 working days from posting therefore we have to allow this time before replacing items.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

We currently only ship to the UK on our website. We do ship worldwide on Etsy please check us out there for International shipping.

LATE DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

If your order is late due to postal service delays and therefore does not arrive in time for events we are unable to refund, please use the next day DPD delivery service if you feel in doubt and need it for a set event.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of the personalised bespoke product we are unable to accept returns. However we will happily work with you to rectify any mistakes or issues you may have.

If your item has not reached you due to not completing your address fully when ordering. We will await its return which could be up to 3 weeks. If it reaches us we will require the postage charge to send back out to you.
